When we first got married we would run to the grocery store at least once or twice a week. But we have got our budget down and try to stick to one grocery run every two weeks unless we need fresh fruit or vegetables. So in our house you can tell when payday is approaching because dinner gets very creative. If we forget something or run out of eggs, we turn to Google.

We had a bad experience with trying to make cheese dip and Mark was pretty wary of getting creative again. But last night we were making enchiladas, and had no tortillas. Even though he was pretty nervous, Mark was not nervous enough to go to the grocery store. So we tried out this recipe and they were delicious! Gotta love when a cooking experiment turns out good!

Making tortillas!
